Important information for our EU customers

Please note that with the United Kingdom’s departure from the European Union, Jaytec Glass Ltd no longer charges UK Value Added Tax (VAT) on orders from our EU customers.

Orders placed on the Jaytec Glass website from within the European Union will automatically be exempt from UK VAT (20%).  We organise all the paperwork, customs documents and HS coding on your behalf.  Orders are then shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).  This means that you may receive an invoice from the carrier for VAT at your own country’s VAT rate and/or any duties payable before the carrier can deliver your order.

Jaytec Glass reserves the right to reclaim costs incurred in the event an order is returned to us with charges unpaid.
